Shipping policy

Handling time
Orders will ship within Three (3) business days of receiving an order.

Shipping services
Orders (Except where noted in item description) will ship USPS Priority Mail. Transit time for this mail class is usually 1-4 business days from shipment to delivery but cannot be guaranteed.
 
Cancellations
You can cancel your order within one hour of purchase and receive a full refund. I will do my best to honor cancellation requests up until the time of shipping, but cannot guarantee them. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled or recalled.

Delivery of multiple shipments

If multiple items are purchased in the same order those items may be shipped in separate parcels due to the size or weight of the items purchased. If this happens the customer will be contacted upon shipment and provided with separate tracking numbers for each parcel sent.

 

Frequently asked questions

Do you ship internationally?

No we do not ship internationally. We are based in the United States and only ship within the United States.

Do you ship to Hawaii or Alaska?

Yes we do ship to Hawaii and Alaska as well as the rest of the lower 48.

Return policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. The buyer will be responsible for any and all return shipping costs. It is highly recommended that the buyer ships any return orders using a trackable method such as USPS Priority mail. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and intimate items such as earrings or piercing jewelry (for health/hygiene reasons). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for on-sale items

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
