No stain is used on the wood, just the natural grain. The bowl is intended for use indoors.
The bowl measures approximately 15 1/4"long by 9 1/2" wide and 3 1/2"tall at its highest point and about 2" at its lowest point, the knot hole in the side of the bowl measures 2 3/4" wide by 5/8"tall. All measurements are approximate
To wash, simply rinse with soap and warm water. Do not let sit in water. Do not place in dishwasher. Continue to protect and preserve your bowl with your favorite food safe salad bowl oil or butcher block finish.
