This knife was hand forged from 5160 carbon steel recycled from the shock springs off a large truck and hand forged and filed into shape leaving some forge and file marks in the blade and then hardened and tempered for good edge holding.

The handle of this knife is made from a deer’s leg bone with a poured pewter cap with decorative file work. The tang of the blade has been epoxied in place and secured further with an iron pin.

This knife measures approximately 10 3/4" overall with a 6 1/8' long blade and a 4 5/8" handle.

This knife comes with a hand stitched leather sheath that has been made to fit the blade well.

This knife would be the perfect gift for the history buff re-enactor or anyone that would like a quality blade.
