This blade of this knife was hand forged from 5160 carbon steel recycled from the shock springs off an old truck then hand filed into shape.
The handle of this knife is made from polished elk horn with a hand poured pewter bolster and a Nickel Silver* pommel cap.
The sheath is made from 8 oz. Waxed leather and made to fit the blade well.
This knife measures 15 1/8" overall with a blade that measures 10 1/8" and a handle that measures 5".
*Nickel Silver, a range of alloys of copper, nickel, and zinc which are silvery in appearance but contain no silver.
