This knife was hand forged from 1095 carbon steel recycled from an old hand file. After the forging process the entire blade was shaped further with hand files leaving some of the forge and file marks in the blade as well as some of the original file teeth.
The handle of this knife is made from deer antler and toped with a nickel silver bolster.
The tang on this knife is a hidden tang design that goes halfway Into the handle and was securely glued in place, the tang was also further secured in place with a nickel silver pin.
This knife comes with a hand stitched waxed leather sheath that has been made to fit the blade well.
This knife has a blade that measures 3 7/8" long with a handle that measures 4 1/8" and an overall measurement of 8"

Nickle Silver is an alloy of copper nickel and zinc it is meant to imitate the look of sterling silver but dose not contain silver or precious metals.
